These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you and Kale Consulting Fund LLC / Dr. Randy Kale ("we," "us," "our"), governing your use of our website, seminars, certification programs, products, and communications. By using our Services, registering for a seminar, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

The Dr. Randy Kale messaging program sends updates about seminars, certification, products, and educational insights. 1. Services

We provide professional chiropractic education and resources, including the Kale Upper Cervical Technique certification, training materials, chiropractic instruments and equipment, and consulting. Services are intended primarily for licensed chiropractors and students.

3. Registration & Payment

Provide accurate information when registering or purchasing. Payments are processed securely by third-party processors. Seating is limited; unless a program agreement states otherwise, registrations and purchases are final and non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

All content—videos, manuals, the Kale curriculum, logos, and materials—is proprietary and protected by copyright and trademark. Do not copy or distribute without written permission.
